Lexington Four, in conjunction with the South Carolina Department of Education, conducts an annual survey of students, parents, and teachers.  Feedback from these stakeholders is very valuable to both the district and state department for developing and implementing improvements in our schools. 

The survey is conducted through an easy-to-use website.  Parents will receive a unique link for each student enrolled in Lexington Four schools.  

Parents can access their unique link through:

1. The email sent via our messaging system. 

2. The PowerSchool Parent Portal.

3. A letter from the state containing the URL and a QR code.  You can request this letter from your school.

We expect the Department of Education to enable these surveys on Monday, February 27th.

Accessing the Survey through the PowerSchool Portal 

The Annual Parent Survey is linked within the Forms section on the PowerSchool Portal. 

1. Logon to the PowerSchool Portal at https://lex4.powerschool.com.
2. Select a student from the top tabs (if you have more than one enrolled).
         You will need to access the Forms link for each of your students. 
3. Click the Forms link on the left menu (or at the bottom in the PowerSchool app). 
4. Click on the Parent School Climate Survey link in on the General Forms page.  This will link you directly to the survey.
